    “However, due to changes Congressional Republicans implemented through the One Big Beautiful Bill Act, the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) could not include Keytruda in the third cycle of the Medicare Prescription Drug Price Negotiation Program in January 2026.
