A BILL
To amend section 133 of title 23, United States Code, to include
roundabouts as eligible projects under the surface transportation block
grant program, and for other purposes.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives of the
United States of America in Congress assembled,
SECTION 1. SHORT TITLE.
This Act may be cited as the ``Traffic Safety Enhancement Act of
2025''.
SEC. 2. SURFACE TRANSPORTATION BLOCK GRANT PROGRAM.
Section 133(b) of title 23, United States Code, is amended by
adding at the end the following:
``(25) Construction of roundabouts.''.
